- • As an Engagement Marketing Manager at Best Egg, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention through strategic marketing initiatives that support the company’s mission of building financial confidence.
- • You will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, in-app, and digital channels to increase product adoption, improve customer lifecycle management, and enhance overall engagement metrics.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, data, and creative teams to design personalized customer journeys, A/B test messaging and offers, and optimize conversion funnels based on behavioral insights.
- • You will analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and customer lifetime value, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- • You will help shape Best Egg’s voice and messaging to ensure consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance across all customer touchpoints.
- • You will contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability by proposing new ideas, testing hypotheses, and scaling what works to drive measurable business impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in engagement marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-focused roles
- • Proven experience designing and executing email and in-app marketing campaigns
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to measure and optimize campaign performance
- • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
