  • • Participate in a 16-week Engineer in Training (EIT) program designed to introduce early-career professionals to Rockwell Automation technologies, values, and leadership culture.
  • • Work hands-on with Rockwell Automation equipment, products, and real-world applications during the training period.
  • • Develop technical and professional skills in a structured environment that simulates real-time pressure and problem-solving scenarios.
  • • Build relationships with peers and establish a personal brand within the organization through collaborative learning and networking.
  • • After completing the EIT program, provide technical support to customers and distributors via telephone, chat, and email.
  • • Simulate and analyze technical issues reported by users in the company laboratory to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • • Document technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and customer reference.
  • • Collaborate closely with technical teams and customer service departments to ensure consistent and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Rockwell Automation products and technologies through feedback and operational insights.
  • • Participate in on-site customer projects approximately 20% of the time annually.
  • • Report directly to an Early Career Supervisor throughout the EIT program and after transitioning to a full-time role.
  • • Adhere to Rockwell Automation’s hybrid work policy, which requires regular on-site presence at the Katowice office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless a business obligation requires absence.
  • • Engage in professional development through the company’s on-demand digital course library and personalized wellbeing programs.
  • • Utilize technical documentation to support troubleshooting, solution development, and knowledge transfer.
  • • Contribute to a culture of innovation, accountability, and sustainability by aligning daily tasks with Rockwell Automation’s mission to enhance global manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electronics, IT, or similar field, or active participation in part-time studies in these areas
  • • Authorization to work in Poland
  • • Very good written and spoken English
  • • Basic knowledge of automation and a strong willingness to develop in this area
  • • Residence within commuting distance of Katowice, Poland, and ability to attend the office on a regular basis
