📋 Description
- • Build and ship product features and platform improvements across our stack, from advisor-facing interfaces to the APIs, pipelines, and services that power them.
- • Use AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and whatever's useful) to move faster, write better code, and bring new techniques back to the team.
- • Own the end-to-end development lifecycle on your work: scope it, build it, ship it to production, and iterate based on real feedback.
- • Produce production-grade, readable, maintainable code with good testing discipline.
- • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to define scope, de-risk execution, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
- • Work directly with our customers (financial advisors) to learn their workflows and needs from the source.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience.
- • You use AI tools actively in your daily workflow: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
- • Experience building and shipping web applications with clear business impact: frontend, backend, or fullstack.
- • Solid full-stack understanding; comfortable working across the stack.
