• • As Engineering Lead, Growth at Airwallex, you will lead the technical strategy and execution for the Growth team, which drives user acquisition and market expansion through data-informed product experiences. This role is critical to scaling Airwallex’s global impact by building scalable, reliable systems that power key user journeys.
• • You will partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps, translate customer needs into technical plans, and oversee end-to-end delivery of high-impact features such as onboarding flows, A/B testing systems, and referral programs. You’ll stay hands-on in guiding architecture, code quality, and system reliability while mentoring engineers and raising technical standards.
• • You’ll join a high-performing, globally distributed engineering team within a fast-growing fintech leader valued at $8B, backed by top-tier investors and serving over 200,000 businesses worldwide.
