• • Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from the initial spark of an idea through validation, development, and ultimately, to successful product launch and ongoing production support. This comprehensive oversight requires a strategic approach to managing technology, nurturing your team, driving product development, and optimizing processes.
• • In terms of Technology Management, you will be instrumental in understanding the intricate scope of technical solutions, evaluating various options, and proposing the most optimal paths forward. A critical aspect of this role involves possessing a keen eye for system design, discerning high-quality solutions from less effective ones, and articulating these technical nuances clearly to business stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy balance between the implementation of new, exciting features and the essential task of reducing technical debt, ensuring the long-term viability and maintainability of our products.

You will be responsible for motivating your engineering team, fostering a collaborative and comfortable working environment where creativity and productivity can flourish. • • On the Product Development front, you will guide products from their nascent proof-of-concept stages all the way to mass production. This involves close collaboration with various departments to meticulously define development priorities, ensuring alignment with the overarching product strategy. A deep domain understanding, coupled with a commitment to data-driven decision-making, will be essential for making informed choices. You will be responsible for creating and managing the product backlog, ensuring it accurately reflects the product development strategy and roadmap.
• • Process Management is key to our operational efficiency. You will ensure the smooth and effective functioning of work processes, utilizing a hybrid approach that blends Waterfall and Scrum methodologies. Diligent tracking of project progress and rigorous control over deadlines are non-negotiable. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to implement and refine additional processes surrounding development, such as Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), as the need arises, to enhance our engineering practices.
