Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Manager at Upside Services, Inc., you will lead the Consumer Core team, a full-stack group responsible for the foundational architecture and security patterns that enable scalable feature development across the consumer-facing product platform, directly impacting the experience of millions of users and thousands of brick-and-mortar businesses.
• • Day to day, you will define and maintain team domain boundaries across authentication, event architecture, user research workflows, internal mobile tooling, app security, mobile FinOps, and cross-team repositories; champion system-level quality in reliability, scalability, security, and performance; oversee AI adoption strategies; and serve as the primary liaison with Product, Design, Security, and Data Science teams to align platform capabilities with evolving business needs.
