You will be instrumental in scaling our people, processes, and technical execution within a rapidly expanding and dynamic environment.
- • You will be responsible for fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within your engineering teams. This includes mentoring and developing engineers, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- • Your leadership will extend to guiding the technical direction of projects, ensuring robust architectural decisions, and promoting best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment.
- • You will play a key role in the recruitment and retention of top engineering talent, actively participating in the hiring process and creating an inclusive and engaging work environment.
- • You will collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, ensuring alignment between product vision and engineering execution.
- • You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful and timely product releases.
- • You will champion agile methodologies and drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- • You will contribute to the strategic planning of the engineering department, helping to shape the future roadmap and technical strategy of Agiloft's award-winning contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
- • Agiloft is the global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, empowering organizations to manage the entire contract process from proposal to execution and beyond. Our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP) leverages contract data as its core, enabling customers to achieve rapid agreement and gain a competitive edge through enhanced contract visibility.
- • We integrate powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence to act as a legal force multiplier and robust integration capabilities to liberate data. This allows organizations worldwide to trust Agiloft's certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.
- • Recognized by top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC as a leader in the CLM space, Agiloft's no-code platform is designed for easy management and administration by business users. This user-centric approach is why Agiloft is the contract you keep, with nearly 100% customer satisfaction in initial implementations and approximately 97% annual renewal rate.
- • We are a growing, vibrant, and successful company at the forefront of a market that is becoming essential for all organizations. Our commitment to employee experience, or 'EX = CX', ensures that a positive work environment directly translates to exceptional customer experiences.
- • We actively support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and foster a culture that promotes healthy work/life balance, offering benefits such as floating holidays and quarterly wellness days, no questions asked.
- • In this role, you will be empowered to make a tangible impact, shaping the future of CLM technology and leading a team of talented engineers to achieve ambitious goals. You will have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills, deepen your technical expertise, and contribute to the success of a market-leading company.
- • You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, providing regular feedback, and fostering an environment where engineers feel empowered to take ownership and drive results.
- • You will work to ensure the technical health of the systems your team is responsible for, including monitoring performance, addressing technical debt, and planning for scalability and reliability.
- • You will act as a bridge between engineering and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and progress.
