Our innovative Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP) is built on a foundation of robust contract data, enabling clients to achieve rapid, collaborative agreements and gain critical visibility to drive competitive advantage. We are at the forefront of a rapidly expanding market, integrating powerful AI and seamless integration capabilities to deliver intelligent, autonomous, and connected CLM solutions.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our CLM platform. You will guide and mentor software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact the development of cutting-edge features and enhancements that solidify Agiloft's position as a market leader, as consistently recognized by top industry analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
- • You will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to implementation, testing, and deployment. This includes managing project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. A key aspect of your role will be to drive technical excellence, promote best practices in software engineering, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.

You will also play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and technical decisions.
- • As an Engineering Manager, you will champion a positive and productive team environment. This involves actively participating in hiring and onboarding new engineers, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing professional development opportunities to help your team members grow their careers. You will be a coach and a mentor, empowering your team to achieve their full potential and contribute to Agiloft's overall success.
- • We are committed to an "EX = CX" philosophy, believing that exceptional employee experience directly translates to outstanding customer experience. You will contribute to building and maintaining this environment, supporting our diverse workforce and promoting a healthy work/life balance. This includes embracing our commitment to diversity and inclusion, supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and ensuring our teams feel valued and engaged.
- • Your technical acumen will be essential in guiding architectural decisions, identifying technical debt, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and improve system performance and scalability. You will stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application to enhance our platform and maintain our competitive edge.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing, vibrant company that is revolutionizing contract management. You will lead a team that is passionate about building innovative solutions and contributing to the success of our global customer base. If you are a visionary leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record in managing high-performing engineering teams, we encourage you to apply.
- • Key responsibilities will include:

- • Overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of software features.
- • Driving technical strategy and architectural decisions.
- • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant software.
