• • As an Engineering Manager at Nabla, you will play a pivotal role in leading and nurturing a high-performing team of engineers across various disciplines. Your responsibilities will encompass technical leadership, people management, and driving execution to deliver exceptional software solutions that align with our strategic product and company objectives. This is a key position where you will significantly influence our systems architecture and cultivate our engineering culture as we continue to scale. Your extensive hands-on coding experience will be invaluable in guiding your team and contributing directly when necessary. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, actively participating in the recruitment and onboarding of top-tier engineering talent. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and developing engineers through regular one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their career progression. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards for code quality, robust testing practices, and overall system reliability, guiding architectural decisions and partnering with senior engineers on system design and technical roadmap planning. A critical aspect of your role will involve balancing immediate delivery needs with strategic long-term technical investments, ensuring the sustainable growth and evolution of our platform. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to meticulously define roadmaps and prioritize initiatives, driving the planning and execution phases to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality projects. This includes proactively identifying and removing impediments, and diligently monitoring key performance indicators related to system performance, product quality, and team health. Furthermore, you will serve as a vital liaison between the engineering department and other functional teams, effectively communicating complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. Your efforts will ensure that engineering initiatives are seamlessly aligned with the overarching company strategy, and you will actively contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes, providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.
