• • As an Engineering Manager at LTK, you will lead a dynamic full-stack squad encompassing iOS, Web, and Backend development, focusing on critical user experiences and systems that drive creator onboarding and growth across the LTK platform.
• • You will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision for your department, engaging in strategic discussions with cross-functional peers and senior management to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• • Your leadership will extend to overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering through to development, review, and ongoing maintenance of new features.
• • You will be responsible for the delivery process, actively participating in and guiding Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient backlog refinement and consistent value delivery in every sprint.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to partner with senior management to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• • You will champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, encouraging experimentation through A/B testing and leveraging data analytics to optimize the creator onboarding and reporting funnels.
• • Your responsibilities include actively participating in all facets of the employee lifecycle for your team, including hiring, setting clear goals, performance management, facilitating promotions, and developing robust retention strategies.
• • You will focus on nurturing talent and developing future leaders within your team, emphasizing comprehensive employee development plans to prepare individuals for their next career steps.

• • This role requires a deep understanding of software development best practices, architectural patterns, and infrastructure management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
• • You will leverage your expertise to build and maintain strong, influential relationships with product and design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve team objectives.
• • You will be responsible for the technical direction and execution of features that directly impact creator success and engagement on the LTK platform.

• • You will ensure the team adheres to best practices in CI/CD, cloud environments (specifically AWS), and API development (RESTful, JSON, HTTP).

• • You will own the delivery process and Agile ceremonies, ensuring proper backlog refinement and value delivery in every sprint.
• • You will partner with senior management to identify appropriate metrics to monitor team performance.
• • You will drive a culture of experimentation, leveraging A/B testing and data analytics to validate hypotheses and optimize the creator onboarding and reporting funnels.
• • You will take an active role in hiring, goal setting, performance management, promotions, and retention strategies across your team.
• • You will minimize retention risks and create effective development plans to prepare employees for their next role.
• • You will focus on growing leaders – emphasizing all aspects of the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee development).
• • You will work with the team and stakeholders to break down and prioritize work to reduce technical debt.
• • You will identify and pursue improvements in engineering and organizational process, gathering and using data to support and guide continuous growth in product excellence and engineering productivity.

• • You will provide technical and people leadership to guide your team’s development, reviews, and maintenance of new features, product requirements documents, technical design documents and functional specifications.
