📋 Description

• Engineering Manager role at Caylent, a cloud-native services company specializing in AWS solutions, responsible for leading a team of 5-8 cloud engineers and architects to drive technical delivery and business outcomes.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing team performance, leading technical discussions with customers, conducting code reviews, overseeing sprint planning and task assignments, mentoring team members, supporting pre-sales activities, conducting technical interviews, and serving as the point of technical escalation for client engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing a team, preferably in cloud, DevOps, or application development
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud-related solutions
• Experience writing, reviewing, and deploying code using multiple languages (e.g., Node.js, Go, React, Angular, TypeScript, Python)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing professional services engagements
• Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and ability to be cross-functional
