• • Intellistack Technologies Inc. is seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to spearhead the development and scaling of our core platform, with an initial emphasis on the UI frameworks, tooling, and architecture that define our product experience. This is a pivotal, high-impact leadership role that will directly shape how all product teams contribute to and leverage our platform, fostering efficiency and consistency across the organization.
• • As a key leader, you will be instrumental in setting the technical direction and long-term strategy for a talented team of developers. Your leadership will guide them in building and scaling robust, user-centric solutions that empower both internal teams and external users.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves driving the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within our technology stack. You will champion AI not only within your immediate team but also in enabling other teams to harness AI for building innovative solutions on top of the Intellistack platform, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
• • You will be responsible for establishing clear, effective frameworks, standards, and architectural boundaries. These guidelines will be crucial in accelerating delivery timelines without ever compromising on the quality of our output or the cohesion of our design language.
• • A core responsibility will be owning and evolving your team’s roadmap. This includes the development and maintenance of essential components, the definition of best-practice design patterns, the creation of intuitive developer interfaces, and the enhancement of internal tooling to optimize developer productivity.
• • You will provide invaluable technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to your team members. This support will ensure adherence to strong engineering practices, foster sound architectural decision-making, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• • A primary objective is to create sophisticated platform-level systems. These systems will be designed to enable other engineering teams to build front-end features with a reduced reliance on deep front-end expertise, democratizing development and accelerating feature velocity.
• • You will collaborate closely with leaders in Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure a unified approach to UI development. This cross-functional partnership is essential for maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency across all product initiatives.
