- • A critical technical responsibility is ensuring the development of scalable, redundant, and highly available services. You will leverage your expertise in distributed systems and web-scale infrastructure, with a focus on public cloud deployments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilizing technologies like Kubernetes.
- • You will be expected to demonstrate deep expertise in the Go programming language and possess a solid understanding of distributed systems principles. This technical foundation will enable you to guide the team in building robust and performant backend services that can handle significant loads and complex interactions.

We are dedicated to providing businesses with sophisticated, automated communication solutions that streamline operations, allowing them to focus on core activities while our robust system manages a multitude of communication needs. This includes appointment reminders, customer review requests, and automated missed call texts, ensuring no lead or customer interaction is missed. This role is remote, reporting to the Director of Engineering.
