As an Engineering Manager at Parafin, you will be entrusted with the growth and development of a talented team of engineers, setting a clear technical direction, and making a significant impact as we continue to expand our product suite and forge new partnerships at an accelerated pace.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture a high-performing engineering team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in defining and executing a compelling technical vision that meticulously balances the critical aspects of reliability, scalability, and simplicity in our product offerings. This vision will guide the team in building robust and user-friendly financial solutions tailored for small businesses, making complex financial products easily understandable and accessible.

Our technology stack primarily utilizes Python, React, and Scala, and you will guide your team in leveraging these technologies to build cutting-edge solutions. Furthermore, you will engage actively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Product Managers, Designers, Customer Success representatives, Data Scientists, Operations specialists, and Legal counsel. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for aligning technical strategies with business objectives and ensuring a cohesive and impactful product.
  • • You will play a crucial role in shaping the team's culture, promoting a strong sense of ownership, and encouraging a proactive approach to problem-solving.
