• • Your responsibilities will extend to evaluating the feasibility of business and product requirements, ensuring their robust alignment with the existing product architecture. You will be instrumental in refining and grooming tasks, working hand-in-hand with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to ensure clarity and completeness. This collaborative approach is key to translating high-level objectives into granular, executable work items that pave the way for successful development cycles.
• • A core aspect of this role involves the strategic planning and organization of sprints. You will define clear sprint goals, leverage project planning tools to establish realistic timelines, set ambitious yet achievable delivery milestones, and proactively identify task dependencies to mitigate potential roadblocks. In partnership with Product Managers, you will track and publish post-deployment product metrics, providing transparent and actionable insights to key stakeholders, thereby fostering data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Your ability to quickly identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and lead blameless Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions will be vital in minimizing downtime and preventing recurrence.
