We’re the stealth-mode, Tier-1-backed startup creating the first agentic designer that measures, specifies, and orders materials in real time using computer vision and AI. Our platform already powers boutique distributors, publicly traded manufacturers, and Fortune 50 enterprises—yet we’re just getting started.
• • As our hands-on Engineering Manager you will sit at the intersection of architecture, execution, and leadership. You will write production-grade TypeScript, Python, and Go every week while simultaneously guiding a high-caliber team toward ambitious, customer-impacting milestones. Expect zero legacy cruft: our stack is green-field, cloud-native, and optimized for speed and reliability.
• • Own critical product initiatives end-to-end. You will scope ambiguous business problems, decompose them into technical epics, design scalable systems, and ship code that reaches users within days—not quarters. Your fingerprints will be on everything from real-time computer-vision pipelines to the APIs that let Fortune 50 procurement teams place million-dollar orders in two clicks.
• • Champion code quality and engineering excellence. Conduct rigorous design and code reviews, enforce testing standards, and introduce tooling that keeps velocity high and defects low. Mentor engineers through pair programming, architecture deep-dives, and career-growth plans tailored to each individual’s aspirations.
• • Drive the technical roadmap in lockstep with product and design. Translate high-level business goals into crisp quarterly OKRs, sprint plans, and measurable KPIs. Present trade-offs clearly to leadership, balancing user delight, technical debt, and go-to-market urgency.
• • Cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Run blameless post-mortems, institute lightweight processes that scale, and celebrate wins loudly. You’ll help us double the team over the next 12 months, so interviewing, onboarding, and retention will be part of your DNA.
• • Ensure operational excellence at scale. Own SLIs/SLOs, on-call rotations, and incident response. Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Pulumi, monitor with Datadog/New Relic, and keep our CI/CD pipelines under five minutes from commit to prod.
• • Collaborate beyond engineering. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, supply-chain ops, and customer success to understand real-world pain points, then translate them into elegant software solutions. Your ability to speak both human and machine will make you the linchpin of cross-functional success.
