• • In this client-facing capacity, you will be instrumental in shaping how leading legal organizations perceive and integrate advanced technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to lead presales conversations, acting as the definitive authority on the security, compliance, and AI capabilities embedded within Aderant’s offerings. This involves not just articulating features, but deeply understanding client needs and demonstrating how our solutions provide robust protection and meet rigorous standards. You will engage directly with prospective and existing clients, building rapport and trust through clear, concise, and accurate communication.
• • A significant part of your role will involve meticulously reviewing and responding to complex security questionnaires and due diligence requests. This requires a deep dive into the technical architecture, data handling practices, and security protocols of our SaaS solutions. You will need to translate highly technical information into accessible language, assuring clients of our commitment to data integrity and security. This includes presenting detailed explanations of how our AI models are developed, deployed, and governed, as well as the security measures implemented within our AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.

You will work closely with Aderant's internal Cloud Operations and Security teams to gather information, address specific client concerns, and develop tailored responses. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and client expectations will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain a current and in-depth understanding of global compliance frameworks such as GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, CCPA, and various APAC regulations. This knowledge will enable you to advise clients on how Aderant’s solutions support their adherence to these critical legal and regulatory mandates.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational understanding of AI and Machine Learning models, including their underlying architectures and common enterprise adoption patterns. This knowledge should be complemented by a solid grasp of cloud hosting environments, specifically AWS and Azure, and best practices in SaaS security.
