• • As an Installation Engineer at Nelly, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our innovative platform into dental practices. Your primary responsibility will be the installation and configuration of Nelly interfaces, including VDDS, VDDS-RZ, and API integrations. This will involve both remote support and, when necessary, on-site visits to client locations.
• • You will be instrumental in conducting thorough system tests and quality assurance checks post-installation to guarantee the reliability and performance of our solutions. Your technical expertise will be crucial in analyzing and resolving any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption for our clients.
