- • Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers across EMEA, driving end-to-end deployment of Cohere's North platform in private cloud and on-premises environments while taking ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to shape enterprise AI delivery strategies, mentor engineers on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise-grade deployments, and optimize performance for OpenSearch, databases, and other K8s services.
- • Define scaling guidelines for GPU and CPU compute resources and build scalable processes and technology to support rapid growth in a fast-paced, high-impact AI environment.
- • Develop leadership and technical expertise in deploying frontier AI models at scale, gain experience shaping enterprise AI adoption, and grow as a hands-on engineering leader in a mission-driven organization focused on advancing AI for humanity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated leadership
- • Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software at scale
- • Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines
- • Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Excellent communication skills in English
