📋 Description

• As Engineering Manager for the Lini AI Platform at DiliTrust, you will lead a newly formed squad focused on advancing the company’s proprietary AI engine, Lini, which powers AI capabilities across its legal tech SaaS suite, including Ask Lini, Risk Detector, Document Summarization, and Minute Generation.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with ML, product, and feature engineering teams to define and ship Lini features, translating model capabilities into product requirements, leading code reviews, owning engineering standards, managing end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features, defining Lini’s integration architecture across modules, and mentoring engineers through regular 1:1s and career development planning.
• You will join a fast-growing, internationally recognized Legal Tech leader in 8 offices across France, the US, Mexico, MEA, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Canada, serving 2,400 customers in 64 countries, with a strong culture recognized by 'Happy at Work' and 'Tech at Work' awards since 2019.
• In this role, you will grow as a technical leader who continues to code (~30% of time), shape AI product strategy from a design and engineering perspective, influence cross-squad technical roadmaps, and contribute to hiring and scaling efforts while maintaining high standards in testing, documentation, CI/CD, and observability.
