- • As an Engineering Manager for the Banking team at Sardine Inc., you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and enhancing the platform to support banks in fraud prevention and AML compliance, directly contributing to the security of financial transactions for over 300 global clients.
- • You will own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and technical architecture of banking services responsible for ingesting and processing bank data, while serving as a hands-on leader who empowers your team to solve complex end-to-end problems with engineering excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer
- • 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team
- • Experience working in banks or similar financial domain
