Engineering Manager, Connect

📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Manager for Stripe’s Connect product, you will lead a distributed full-stack engineering team responsible for the primary dashboard experience that enables platforms to understand, manage, and grow their business on Stripe. This role is critical to powering fast, flexible, compliant, and cost-efficient payment routing for marketplaces, on-demand services, e-commerce builders, and SaaS platforms worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will lead engineering and design processes, coach and mentor engineers, collaborate with product, design, infrastructure, marketing, and operations stakeholders to align on strategy and roadmap, own end-to-end problem solving across APIs, frontend surfaces, and data pipelines, uphold high engineering standards, recruit top talent, and support team members’ career growth through tailored development opportunities.
• • The Connect team at Stripe builds the infrastructure that allows platforms to route payments between multiple parties — enabling innovative business models and bringing previously offline payments online.
