• • Engineering Manager for Caylent's Cloud Data Engineering Practice, responsible for leading a team of 5-8 cloud engineers and architects to deliver data solutions on AWS while driving technical excellence and customer success.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical delivery, leading client discussions, conducting code reviews, assigning sprint tasks, mentoring team members, performing technical interviews, conducting weekly 1:1s, and overseeing project roadmaps and risk identification.
