• • Engineering Manager for Caylent’s Cloud Data Engineering Practice, responsible for leading a team of 5–8 cloud engineers and architects to deliver data solutions on AWS while driving technical excellence and customer success.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical tasks in sprints, leading customer discussions, conducting code reviews, assigning work, mentoring team members, performing 1:1s, reviewing proposals, conducting technical interviews, and serving as a point of technical escalation for client engagements.
