• • Engineering Manager for Caylent's Cloud Data Engineering Practice, responsible for leading a team of 5-8 cloud engineers and architects to deliver data solutions on AWS while driving technical excellence and client success.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical teams, interfacing with clients to propose cloud-based improvements, leading technical discussions, conducting code reviews, managing sprint tasks, mentoring team members, ensuring technical accountability, kicking off client engagements, developing proposals, conducting technical interviews, and guiding career development through weekly 1:1s.
