📋 Description

• As Engineering Manager - DevX at Phantom Technologies, you will lead and coach a team of engineers responsible for building the developer experience platform—including CI/CD, local/preview environments, code review tooling, and AI coding infrastructure—that enables every Phantom engineer and AI agent to build, test, and ship software efficiently.
• You will provide technical leadership on developer productivity, paved paths, and AI-assisted engineering, guiding architectural decisions that impact how code is written, reviewed, and shipped across the organization, ensuring alignment with Phantom’s DevEx vision in an AI-first world.
• You will collaborate with engineering leadership to translate the DevEx strategy into a measurable roadmap focused on improving developer satisfaction and productivity, using data-driven insights to prioritize investments in tooling and workflows.
• You will foster a high-bar, feedback-driven culture by treating internal engineers as customers, continuously raising hiring standards, and iterating on tools based on real user feedback from the engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years full-time software engineering experience
• Proven track record in leading high-output teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Nice-To-Have: 1+ years of experience with a blockchain based product
