- • Engineering Manager for Enterprise Services Management at Asana, leading a 0→1 initiative to build AI-powered workflows that connect IT, HR, and Support teams to Asana’s Work Graph, enabling automation and ticket-to-project resolution.
- • Day to day: Manage and coach 6–8 engineers, partner with product/design/UXR to translate customer pain into technical MVPs, balance large launches with daily enhancements, guide roadmap execution tied to business goals, and spend significant time with customers to validate feasibility and co-develop solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years managing a technical team and a track record of growing engineers across levels
- • Experience building and scaling new products or incubations, operating with urgency and resourcefulness in ambiguous environments
- • Deep curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance product experiences and decision-making
