Engineering Manager - Fraud Risk

• • Lead and grow an engineering team in Dublin focused on merchant fraud risk management, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers at all levels to ensure high performance and inclusion.
• • Partner with Product and Strategy to define team goals, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality outcomes that protect online platforms from fraud while maintaining compliance and user experience.
• • Drive operational excellence by establishing team processes, removing blockers, and creating predictable delivery rhythms to improve efficiency and reliability.
• • Collaborate with staff engineers and technical leadership on architecture and strategic technical decisions, translating strategy into actionable team-level plans.
• • Build an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where engineers are challenged, supported, and empowered to learn and grow.
• • Work effectively with geographically distributed colleagues and remote workers to ensure alignment, visibility, and engagement across locations.
