Engineering Manager – Growth Platform

📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Manager on Kraken’s Growth Platform team, you will lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for building the systems that connect new users to Kraken’s ecosystem, including marketing funnels, signup and KYC flows, and engagement features that drive account funding and product exploration.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a cross-functional engineering team, collaborating with Product and Design to define scope and priorities, maintaining clear project expectations and timelines, providing technical guidance during design and code reviews, fostering a culture of accountability and learning, improving team processes across time zones, partnering with other engineering leaders for consistency, leveraging AI tooling to boost productivity, and staying hands-on by writing production-grade code to set quality and reliability standards.
