• • As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the overall technical direction and execution of your team. This includes not only strategic planning but also active participation in design and engineering decisions. You will be expected to mentor and develop your team members, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel. This involves conducting performance reviews, identifying hiring needs, and nurturing individual growth. This includes contributing hands-on to the development of complex features, intricate integrations, and sophisticated AI workflows. A core responsibility is leading API integrations with critical healthcare systems like EHR/EMR, as well as various third-party SaaS tools and other healthcare platforms. You will oversee the deployment of our AI-driven solutions, which may include voice AI, automation technologies, advanced analytics, and orchestration systems. Ensuring the secure and compliant handling of sensitive patient data, adhering strictly to healthcare standards, is paramount. Furthermore, you will focus on optimizing the performance of our AI pipelines and real-time systems, and be prepared to troubleshoot high-impact production issues to maintain system stability and reliability.
• • The role also demands a strong focus on integrations and enterprise-level customer implementations. You will drive the successful deployment of our platform for enterprise healthcare clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process. This involves overseeing integrations with various clinical systems, utilizing standards such as FHIR, HL7, and leveraging APIs and webhooks for seamless data synchronization. You will partner closely with our US-based clients throughout their implementation cycles, acting as a key technical point of contact and ensuring their success. Maintaining high reliability in all external system integrations is critical to customer satisfaction and platform integrity. You will also manage release planning and actively work to mitigate deployment risks, ensuring that new features and updates are rolled out seamlessly.
