- • As a Java Engineering Manager at Mirakl Labs Inc., you will lead and mentor a team of 4 to 5 developers across Bordeaux, Paris, and remote locations in France, ensuring smooth team operations, cohesion, and motivation while driving the success of Mirakl Connect—a market-leading solution that simplifies sellers’ daily operations through AI-powered tools for catalog, orders, and customer messaging.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one meetings, mid-year and year-end reviews, tracking career development and training needs, taking ownership of technical stories, performing code reviews, designing, developing, testing, and pushing features to production, developing roadmaps with R&D members, coordinating with product and design teams on user story management, ensuring team commitments on velocity and quality, stepping in to resolve blockers, and establishing best practices in clean code, testing, releases, and pair programming.
- • You will be part of Mirakl’s global engineering organization, which includes 350+ tech team members primarily based in France, working within a company that powers over 450 marketplaces and serves brands like Macy’s, Decathlon, Carrefour, Asos, and Airbus Helicopters through its enterprise marketplace platform, AI-driven selling tools, retail media, and agentic commerce infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will grow as a technical leader by balancing hands-on Java development with people management, deepening your expertise in microservices, cloud, Spring, and SQL, while contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and client empowerment aligned with Mirakl’s core values: Work Hard Together, Get Things Done, Go Above & Beyond, Succeed Through Expertise, and Satisfy & Empower Clients.
