Engineering Manager - MetaMask (Assets)

📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Manager for MetaMask swimlane at Consensys, you will lead and manage up to two teams of engineers responsible for building and maintaining core revenue-driving user experiences within MetaMask, directly contributing to the platform’s mission of making web3 universally accessible and empowering millions of users worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to 2-4 engineers per team, collaborate with product, design, and research teams to shape roadmaps, foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, drive technical decisions for scalability and reliability, define and track KPIs to measure impact, and ensure seamless integration across the MetaMask ecosystem while communicating progress to stakeholders.
