• • Engineering Manager, Platform at Abridge AI, Inc. leads execution across cloud infrastructure, developer platform, and CI/CD systems to support the company’s mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare through AI-powered medical conversation technology.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning delivery of key platform initiatives, translating strategy into actionable plans, guiding architecture and technical decisions, managing and mentoring engineers, driving hiring and onboarding, and ensuring operational excellence through sprint planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• • Abridge is a fast-growing healthcare AI company founded in 2018, transforming patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes with deep EMR integrations, backed by auditable AI and used by health systems to improve documentation efficiency and clinician focus on patient care.
