• • As an Engineering Manager for the Platform team, you will be instrumental in scaling our product development capabilities and driving innovation within the private markets industry. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our engineering output consistently delivers significant value, providing robust technical and architectural direction, and effectively managing team resources. You will play a key role in defining the trajectory of our tech team as we embark on our next phase of growth, with a strong emphasis on Product Excellence and the establishment of sustainable, high-performing tech processes.

• • Your responsibilities will encompass leading, nurturing, and supporting the platform team. This will involve fostering a culture of ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement through effective coaching, setting clear expectations, and providing constructive feedback. You will be responsible for owning the platform strategy and its associated roadmap, meticulously prioritizing initiatives, managing team capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation, and driving strong execution to achieve impactful outcomes.
• • You will provide essential technical direction for our AWS- and Kubernetes-based platform. This includes guiding critical architectural decisions, striking a careful balance between development speed, system reliability, security, and cost-efficiency. A significant part of your role will involve overseeing our cloud infrastructure and championing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices, ensuring the team consistently delivers secure, resilient, and well-managed AWS environments.
• • A key objective will be to drive substantial improvements in our CI/CD processes and the overall developer experience. This involves setting strategic direction, aligning with various stakeholders across the organization, and proactively identifying and removing friction points that hinder the productivity of our product teams.
