📋 Description

• Engineering Manager - Platforms/Tools (Remote) at Rula Health, Inc. leads a team of engineers to build, scale, and maintain payments infrastructure and internal tools used by hundreds of users, directly supporting the company's mission to make mental healthcare accessible and effective for everyone.
• Day to day, the role involves providing technical leadership and people management, applying deep full-stack expertise to ensure technical excellence, driving accountability and delivery velocity across initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Design to deliver production software at scale.
• Rula Health is a remote-first company dedicated to treating mental health as integral to overall well-being, providing evidence-based and compassionate care to empower individuals, with hiring across most U.S. states (excluding Hawaii) and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience; 2+ years managing engineers
• Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
• Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design
