- • As an Engineering Manager for Product Engineering at Harvey AI Inc., you will lead fullstack engineering teams building core product surfaces used daily by legal professionals, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal work through AI-powered innovation.
- • You will lead teams in developing user-facing features across the web product, collaborate with Design, Product, and AI teams to execute high-impact initiatives, help evolve the architecture of a fast-moving AI-powered application, hire and grow exceptional engineers, foster a culture of simplicity and quality, contribute to code and architecture reviews, and align product initiatives with company goals through close cross-functional partnership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering management role leading fullstack product engineering teams, preferably in high-growth environments
- • 5+ years of experience as a fullstack or backend product engineer
- • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React) and backend systems (e.g. Python, Node, Go)
- • Strong product sense and an instinct for balancing speed, quality, and user impact
- • A track record of leading high-performing, engaged engineering teams
- • Exposure to AI-powered applications or complex internal tools (a plus)
