• • As an Engineering Manager - Product at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will lead a product feature team through a critical growth phase, shaping both technical direction and team culture while working closely with the CTO, product, and design teams to build industry-defining AI-native ERP solutions for accounting and finance teams.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting the product engineering vision and technical roadmap, driving high-stakes product initiatives from conception to launch, championing engineering excellence by ensuring reliable and high-quality software delivery, mentoring and growing a team of talented engineers, recruiting top technical talent, and contributing hands-on to code using Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript during this pivotal scaling phase.
