• • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to spearhead our Product Experience team. This pivotal group is entrusted with the entire customer journey post-sign-up, encompassing critical areas such as user onboarding, activation strategies, monetization frameworks, seamless integrations, and the core user interfaces that are instrumental in driving product adoption and generating revenue. The scope of this role is exceptionally broad, offering the opportunity to tackle challenges that would typically be distributed across multiple teams in larger organizations. You will collaborate directly with the founding team, bringing strategic clarity to complex and often ambiguous product domains, while simultaneously driving the team to execute with speed and maintain an exceptionally high standard of quality.
• • Your responsibilities will include setting the technical vision and direction for the full-stack development of customer-facing surfaces. This involves leveraging modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, Next.js, AWS Lambda, and Go. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high-velocity execution, ensuring that the team consistently delivers impactful results without compromising on quality or user experience. A key aspect of this role involves actively participating in the codebase when necessary, to overcome critical technical hurdles and ensure project timelines are met. You will work in close partnership with founders and product leadership to meticulously shape product roadmaps, aligning them with strategic objectives related to company growth, revenue targets, and overall customer impact.
• • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in the professional development of our senior engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering an environment where individual ownership and accountability are paramount. A significant part of your mandate will be to distill complex product challenges into clear, actionable plans, thereby removing ambiguity and ensuring focused, efficient execution.
