📋 Description

• • Lead and grow the engineering team at PermitFlow, driving development and delivery of innovative construction permitting software that accelerates housing, clean-energy, and infrastructure development across the U.S.
• • Manage engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and career development while setting technical direction, anticipating scaling challenges, and aligning priorities with business goals through KPI tracking and technical debt management.
• • Collaborate with product, design, finance, and customer success teams to define requirements, manage agile processes, ensure timely feature delivery, and enhance customer experience while overseeing system architecture, reliability, scalability, and security.
• • Lead hiring efforts to scale the team, provide mentorship to engineers and junior managers, and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
