• • **Product Development:** You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance. Your focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable software solutions that effectively address the complex and unique challenges inherent in the child welfare and broader social services sectors.

• • **Sample Projects:** You will have the opportunity to lead impactful projects such as facilitating the expansion of our AI Package by consistently surfacing our AI features across our platform, leading significant architectural improvements to the platform capabilities at Binti’s foundation to enable a cohesive product experience across all modules, and taking Binti’s next new module from concept (0) to a fully functional product (1) and beyond.
• • **Tech Stack:** You will be working with a modern tech stack including Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, Postgres, Kubernetes, and GCP, providing opportunities to influence and optimize our technology choices.
