• • As the Engineering Manager – Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture and technical direction of our eCommerce ecosystem. This includes overseeing the design and implementation of customer-facing storefronts, robust back-end systems, and seamless middleware integrations. Your strategic vision will guide the evolution of our platforms, ensuring they are not only functional but also future-proof and adaptable to the ever-changing digital landscape.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves hands-on leadership and technical guidance. You will mentor and empower our engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This includes defining and enforcing architectural best practices, ensuring code quality, optimizing infrastructure, and streamlining team processes to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
• • You will play a crucial role in collaborating with various stakeholders, including Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and Cross-functional Teams. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts clearly will be vital for the success of our projects. • • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with leading eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Commercetools, alongside a deep understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS), particularly Salesforce OMS. Your expertise will extend to modern front-end frameworks like React and Next.js, and back-end development using Java. Proficiency in integrating third-party systems and services through RESTful APIs is a must, as is a solid understanding of middleware platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft, which are critical for orchestrating complex business processes.
• • We are looking for someone who can not only architect solutions but also ensure their successful deployment and ongoing performance. This includes overseeing the middleware strategy and implementation, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while also staying abreast of emerging technologies and evaluating their potential impact and integration into our existing architecture.

You will leverage your hands-on experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and related capabilities to ensure our platforms are discoverable, performant, and provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
