📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Manager for Support Experience at Stripe, you will lead and grow a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and improving Stripe’s user support systems end-to-end, including external-facing interfaces, self-serve content, internal tooling, and AI-powered experiences.
• • Day to day, you will hire, mentor, and manage engineers; collaborate with product, design, and operations stakeholders; define technical vision and roadmaps; drive project execution from planning to delivery; foster an inclusive and innovative team culture; and stay current with emerging technologies like generative AI and scalable distributed systems.
• • The Support Experience engineering organization at Stripe is dedicated to enhancing how users get help within Stripe’s products, how they contact support, and how internal teams use tools to resolve inquiries — all while leveraging data and AI to reduce support volume and improve user satisfaction across enterprise, platform, and consumer segments.
