- • Engineering Manager for the Vulnerability Management team at 1Password, responsible for shaping and scaling a critical cybersecurity function that identifies, prioritizes, mitigates, and resolves security risks across software, infrastructure, and dependencies while ensuring a great user experience.
- • Day to day: Lead and develop a team of engineers, set technical and delivery strategy, conduct recruiting and hiring, scope and plan key deliverables, drive execution with focus on quality and velocity, provide technical leadership across the engineering organization, and collaborate with product, design, development, and security teams to ensure vulnerabilities are appropriately prioritized and remediated.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong background in software development as a software engineer, security researcher, tester, or engineering manager of software development teams.
- • Proven experience building, scaling, coaching, and leading high-performance software development or engineering teams.
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including public engagement and risk communication to senior leadership.
- • Solid experience working within the security domain, including roles in security companies, security teams, or as a security developer, engineer, or researcher.
- • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management programs, such as program ownership, bug bounty participation, penetration testing, or security engineering.
- • Experience with AI adoption, AI tooling, and enablement in technical or security contexts.
