- • As an Engineering Team Lead at Semperis Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a new engineering team from the ground up to extend and scale the company’s SaaS-based recovery products. This founding role offers the unique opportunity to shape the technical direction, culture, and processes of a team that will directly contribute to Semperis’s mission of being a Force for Good in cybersecurity by delivering resilient, secure recovery solutions for enterprise environments.
- • You will begin as a hands-on technical lead, making significant individual contributions while gradually transitioning into a people leadership role as the team grows. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the technical execution of SaaS recovery capabilities, collaborating with product managers, architects, and security experts to align on product vision, providing technical guidance through system design and code reviews, defining engineering best practices (including CI/CD, testing, and observability), tracking delivery timelines and quality, setting high standards for scalable solutions, driving the design and implementation of new components, mentoring engineers for career growth, and partnering with recruiting to hire and onboard new talent.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise identity and security SaaS platforms, particularly around Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and authentication protocols. You will grow as a technical and people leader by scaling a 0→1 team, influencing architectural decisions in high-stakes security domains, and gaining experience in disaster recovery, data resilience, and cloud-native systems at scale—skills that are critical in today’s evolving threat landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience leading an engineering team (tech lead, team lead, or manager)
- • 5+ years of experience as a backend developer or technical leader
- • Deep knowledge of at least one of C#, .NET, or .NET Core
