- • Engineering Team Leader at Remote Referral Board Inc. is responsible for leading a small product team of 3-5 engineers, managing team dynamics, and ensuring optimized execution by helping others become their best version. The role balances 30% management work with active participation in product development, making it a hands-on leadership position that drives both people and technical outcomes.
- • Day to day, the Team Leader will manage a small engineering team, participate in hiring and onboarding new engineers, provide continuous feedback and coaching, guide career development for direct reports, and contribute to product development by designing and implementing agentic workflows using autonomous agents. They will also redesign engineering processes to ship work faster through verification loops and reusable primitives in the codebase.
