• • Engineering Team Leader at Remote Technologies Inc. responsible for leading a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend), managing team dynamics, and serving as the team’s spokesperson to drive optimized execution and continuous growth.
• • Day-to-day duties include spending 30% of time on management work while actively participating in product development, being involved in hiring and onboarding new engineers, providing continuous feedback and coaching, guiding career development for direct reports, and redesigning engineering workflows using autonomous agents and agentic systems to improve delivery speed and reliability.
