📋 Description

• • Engineering Team Leader responsible for managing a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend), serving as the team spokesperson, and driving optimized execution through people-first leadership.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include 30% management work (hiring, onboarding, feedback, coaching, career development) while actively participating in product development, redesigning engineering workflows with autonomous agents, proposing and operationalizing agentic workflows end-to-end, building reusable agentic primitives, and using verification loops to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable outcomes.
