📋 Description

• • Engineering Team Leader at Remote Technologies Inc. responsible for leading a small product team of 3-5 engineers, managing team dynamics, and serving as the team’s spokesperson while actively contributing to product development.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing engineering work, participating in hiring and onboarding, providing continuous feedback, coaching direct reports, redesigning engineering workflows with autonomous agents, proposing and operationalizing agentic workflows, and building reusable primitives for cross-team use.
