- • Join Fundraise Up as an Engineering Team Leader for our vital Campaign Pages team, a role where your technical expertise and leadership will directly shape the success of a core product.
- • You will lead a dedicated team of 3-5 Fullstack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment where innovation thrives.
- • This position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical contribution and strategic leadership, with an estimated 70% of your time dedicated to management and 30% to coding and technical decision-making.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to guide the development of our complex donation landing page, a critical component of our platform that handles over a dozen payment methods, supports localization into more than 20 languages (including right-to-left scripts), manages country-specific payment flows, and facilitates dozens of A/B tests annually to optimize donor experiences.
- • You will be instrumental in ensuring the team adheres to company processes and robust engineering guidelines, maintaining high standards of code quality and development practices.
- • Take ownership of feature delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet our exacting quality standards.
- • Drive technical decision-making for the team, architecting and designing new features, and ensuring seamless integration with other product areas and alignment with your manager.
- • Proactively manage technical debt, maintaining a clear and prioritized technical backlog to ensure the long-term health and scalability of the Campaign Pages product.
- • Play a crucial role in the professional development of your team members through regular 1:1 meetings, constructive feedback, and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- • Lead the onboarding process for new engineers, ensuring they are quickly integrated into the team and company culture.
- • Conduct performance reviews, providing valuable insights and support for career progression.

- • You will be part of a distributed, international team of over 160 product professionals, including 80+ engineers, primarily based across Europe, fostering a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Engineering Team Lead or Engineering Manager with a minimum of 2 years leading a team of 5-10 developers, coupled with over 10 years of overall software development experience.
- • Demonstrated ability to be a hands-on leader, capable of writing code, making sound technical decisions, and thoughtfully designing complex systems.
- • Strong people management skills, including experience in hiring, coaching, providing constructive feedback, and conflict resolution.
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Fullstack Developer.
- • At least 5 years of experience in product companies utilizing our core technology stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis.
- • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level, enabling confident discussion of technical topics and effective communication within a global team.
