- • Lead and grow the engineering team responsible for SoSafe’s business-critical Messaging Platform, ensuring reliable, scalable, and compliant outbound communication across all products
- • Own the technical vision and execution of the platform, translating company and engineering strategy into outcome-driven roadmaps that balance reliability, scalability, compliance, and innovation
- • Partner with Product and other Platform teams to eliminate delivery complexity for internal teams, enabling seamless communication through provider failover, compliance adherence, and operational excellence
- • Foster a culture of technical excellence by coaching experienced engineers, driving monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement in a cloud-native environment
- • Work within an AI-native engineering stack using Node.js (NestJS), AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitHub, and observability tools like Sentry, Datadog, and LaunchDarkly
- • Contribute to SoSafe’s mission of making the digital world safer by empowering organizations through behavioral science and data-driven cybersecurity awareness

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams, with a passion for coaching experienced engineers
- • Comfort navigating ambiguity, translating strategy into execution, and communicating effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Deep expertise in building and operating business-critical, cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, scalability, and compliance as core design principles
- • Hands-on experience with Node.js (NestJS), microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
- • Strong understanding of platform thinking — recognizing that internal developer teams are the primary customers and their success defines your own
